Pros

It's been an amazing career opportunity for me. Pretty fresh out of college, I've had the chance take on a lot of responsibility. Promotions and raises have come faster than I expected. Benefits are great. I use the on-site gym, cafe, etc. all the time. I definitely feel well taken care of. It's important to me to work somewhere where I feel like I can trust leadership to make honest decisions, and I've found that here.

Cons

It is pretty competitive to get a job here. I've referred friends who I thought would be a good fit but they weren't hired because the competition was so intense. It's a really fast-paced environment, so if that stresses you out it's probably not the place for you.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
