Pros
Really good managers who have worked with me on scheduling when it's been needed. Great coworkers here at Melaleuca. They try to create a fun environment. Benefits are terrific too. They have done a great job during Covid-19 with so many folks working from home. No complaints there.
Cons
It's a bit strict in the way they run the ship. Managers drive us pretty hard, but they are fair. Hardworking culture, that's for sure.
