Pros
Melaleuca is a great company to work for. If you are a performer and want to make a difference this is the place to be. Put the time in, take on the challenging projects, and you'll be recognized and rewarded.
Cons
Melaleuca is a tribal knowledge culture. There is little to no documentation on procedures and processes, which has caused a lot of inherent pathways that have been created over time. It's unfortunate because when something goes wrong fingers get pointed at a person rather than the process.
