Pros
Some pros of working for Melaleuca are culture, benefits and pay. Melaleuca has a strong culture and it comes from strong leaders. Its a very family friendly company. We went through a hard time and they were apart of the solution and helped us work things out. The benefits are really good and only go up a few dollars each year. The pay is competitive.
Cons
The PTO plan is average and could include more time off. PTO and sick leave come out of the same bank.
