      Free product, flexible schedules, no lay-offs, yearly perks/gifts especially around Christmas, lots of opportunity for growth and promotions.

      Cons

      Its a large company with many employees. Raise in pay comes infrequently and is usually only a couple of cents.

      The people you work along side with are great, and management do seem to care about you as long as you communicate with them.

      Cons

      Work can get repetitive, and it takes a long time to get approval to learn new skills.
