Pros
The management team truly cares about the employees and wants to see them succeed in their careers and lives. The company is financially sound and actively participates in the community. It's been enjoyable to work for them for over 20+ years and I hope for many more.
Cons
The company expects a lot out of it's employees but also rewards those that actively work towards department and company goals.
