      Melaleuca really rewards longevity and loyalty to the company. There are fun activities and great benefits to working here. Idaho Falls is a wonderful HQ position.

      Cons

      If you’re new to the company, it often takes a while to build up to the salary you feel you should be making and probably could make somewhere else.

      The people you work along side with are great, and management do seem to care about you as long as you communicate with them.

      Cons

      Work can get repetitive, and it takes a long time to get approval to learn new skills.
