Pros

They tend to advance you behind their innovations; I was an advocate for a then-unique product of theirs. They pay a little less than the going rate but with a little ingenuity they could be persuaded to give more I guess.

Cons

Management can be uncommunicative at times, although this wouldn't be an issue onsite.
