Pros
Flexible working policy (2 days in the office) Private healthcare and discount on toys. Some really nice colleagues who joined recently, but quickly became aware of the dysfunctional nature of the company.
Cons
The UK operation is frantic, lacks strategy and perspective. Shockingly high staff turnover and no stability - the majority of the staff is new to the business. Overcomplicated and undefined processes and departments working against each other. Unrealistic targets, leading to constant frustration in the overworked team, paired with micromanagement and fear culture. Senior management too involved in internal company politics. C-executives from the US completely deatached from the needs of the UK and European business, keep pushing for more. Lack of price-, channel- and brand strategy. Several hefty price increases within a short period of time, irritating long-standing business partners and losing vital business opportunities. Constructive feedback quickly shut down by directors promoting "positivity". In summary, it was sadly the most chaotic and dysfunctional company I ever worked for.
