      They provide a consistent paycheck

      Cons

      They do not promote from within. They treat employees like slaves. The hours are horrendous. Most of the people are there only because it's a job with health insurance and they don't have time to look or interview for another with the work schedule.

      Since joining the company, I’ve seen continuous growth and meaningful change for the better. M&D fosters one of the most welcoming and friendly work environments I’ve experienced. It’s a place you can truly be proud to work, not just because of their commitment to delivering quality products, but also because of the genuine care they show for their people.

      The company is in a phase of transformation and integration which comes with its pain points.
