Unfortunately all the perks do not make up for the fact that this company is extremely volatile. They get investor money and shoot for the moon only to consistently fall back to earth. Leadership seems to have little clue as to what will make the product sell enough to make money and is constantly grasping at straws. Employees work in an ever changing extremely confusing environment with constantly shifting priorities and can get little actual work done to improve the offering.
