Pros

Decent benefits and remote flexibility pre-COVID. Recurring team events were fun. Most employees were good to work with.

Cons

Leadership is not strong. Company is constantly biting off more than it can chew. I was either sitting around waiting for work to come through, or rushing for some last minute project that added little to no value. Management would often make poor decisions without understanding the whole picture. The customer base has tight pockets, which limits growth and profitability. Ultimately, this will doom the chances of success for MemberSuite.

MemberSuite has dramatically adjusted our internal processes and the way we operate our business in the past couple of quarters. We are making necessary improvements to our core platform, developing greater integration ability, and reducing our time to innovate new features. These improvements will bring value to all our customers. These improvements will bring value to all our customers who have been adversely impacted by the pandemic We recruit and hire talent who are passionate about product platform transformations and delivering our mission to ‘bring humans together to ignite change,’ Managements’ new product centric approach is yielding results already. We planned for disruptions as we changed workflows and priorities – which seems to fly in the face to ‘lack of work’
