For such a small company (about 20 people when I was there), there is no communication among groups and very little drive to help others. Perhaps this is because people there do work extremely hard and just don't have anything left at the end of the day... The upper management is a bunch of tyrants who seem to think the way to manage others is to berate them, threaten them, and just generally treat the employees badly in day-to-day interactions. The turnover is really high for such a small place.
