My co-workers are amazing. Also this place allows me to work in a semi rural setting and drive less time than it would take me to drive across Omaha.

I am a firm believer in rural hospital settings giving better care individualized attention to patients. Upon initial employment it seemed to provide this overtime things changed.

After many turnovers within the department heads making employees cover other areas in the hospital created many safety concerns with patients. medical needs. Unfortunately new department heads And upper management had to follow through with the new protocols and And policies regardless of it affecting patient care.
