Best reasons to work is the busy schedule, variety of diagnoses to work with, manager mostly creates positive work environment, good Health benefits & 401K package
Cons
I get double booked with 2 patients within an hour, company policy to keep productivity high, & feel like it takes away quality of physical therapy treatment, very limited flexibility of work schedule, company doesn't have temporary help for when full time co-workers take days off to offset their patients onto my schedule, which increase work overload,
