Pros
Good team work despite endless departmental short comings. Staff always look out for each other. Parking is free. Close location if you live in the suburbs.
Cons
Low pay. Inconsistent hours. Horrific management at sugarland hospital location. Director throws ppls belongings away;always looking for a reason to write someone up. CONSTANT turnover for >3 years consistently. 10 ppl quit in 1 yr. director is shady, uncaring & biased. Pray for these poor workers that God delivers them from this unit.
