      Working with caring and understanding, Doctors and RN nurses, having the hospital fully support, you furthering your education

      Cons

      Having to witness children and adults in severe pain or seriously injured, but more importantly to have to witness the passing of another human being

      Large workforce who can support work life balance. They are filled with money

      Cons

      Top management misleads outrightly, doesn’t have a clue about grassroots work and arbitrarily dismisses good staff leading to poor morale and disruptions. Insist on travel even when it is counterproductive
