      Pros

      MSK generally has friendly staff to work with and people believe in the mission.

      Cons

      Pay is not comparable to other hospitals and companies. Constant layoffs seem to be the new normal especially in Digits (IT). This used to be a good place to have an entire career but would generally be best avoided by anyone but those new to the career space.
