RN - Anonymous employee MemorialCare Employee Review

Other RNs aside from myself are lazy and make their PCTs do everything. I was once a PCT before being an RN so I know how hard and frustrating doing the "dirty work" can be while getting paid so low. I feel for them and try to show I care by helping. It really bothers me that my co-workers don't lend a hand JUST ONCE IN A WHILE AT LEAST.
