Pros
Beautiful campus. Open to giving staff tools needed to do job.
Cons
Benefits including vacation and holiday pay is horrible. Lots of cliques. You are not safe if youre not in the "in" crowd. People dont seem to be placed in their proper positions. Positions and wages are hand created for certain people. There is a boys club that is sexist.
