Business Outlook
Pros
Smaller hospital where everyone knows everyone. Not a fast paced overworked environment. People may complain about the pay( mostly nurses) but it's really not that bad compared to the work flow and the fact that people help each other. Some have left and come back because they realized how good they had it here. The company is good to work for with good medical and retirement plan.
Cons
People are always talking and worried about the place being closed down or sold. The last CEO seemed to be reassuring that this hospital was an asset to memorialcare and the community. The new CEO not so much.
