      Pros

      Exceptional people and patient care, teamwork, dedication, and strong female leaders make this a phenomenal place to work. Your coworkers feel like family and are there to lean on for support and encouragement.

      Cons

      COVID caused some shifts in staffing but I feel like MemorialCare did everything in their power to limit their downsizing. Truly very little complaints working here.

      I work with some people who truly care about patient care The brand still matters within the regional industry

      Cons

      - Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment. - Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere. - They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities. - They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere. - Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.
