Pros

Adequate PPEs and precautions in place. Could've been a lot worse. Offer training and new opportunities regularly. Free uniforms annually. Competitive pay.

Cons

Some PCAs on nights are incredibly lazy and rude to other staff and patients. Terrible attitudes. At least on my floor. They don't even do the bare minimum. They end up sitting down and/or hiding and gossip all night while RNs do everything.

Pros

I work with some people who truly care about patient care The brand still matters within the regional industry

Cons

- Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment. - Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere. - They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities. - They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere. - Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.
