      Great experience, great hospital, it's a teaching hospital so staff is used to new hires and getting them situated

      Cons

      Hasn't been very clear or upfront with policy changes regarding covid initially, took some time for proper safety measures for staff and patients

      I work with some people who truly care about patient care The brand still matters within the regional industry

      Cons

      - Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment. - Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere. - They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities. - They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere. - Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.
