Pros
Pretty good pay, not as competitive of pay as other hospitals in the LA area. Work/unit culture is healthier than most hospitals. Diverse population, interesting cases/patients. Lots of clinical areas/specialities.
Cons
Pay could be better, other hospitals in the area are paying as much as $10 more per hour. Obviously in COVID times some experiences were horrible, and there were no bonuses/extra pay for some nurses.
