CEO communicates well with the organization
Cons
HR- they dont know much since they change people every 6 months. Directors and Upper Management make up so many lies that they forget what they said. They lie in your face even when you know what happened. Promotions on based on secrecy instead of merit or actual knowledge of the position. Since I have left the organization other managers have left as well which C-Suits should start reviewing the departments leadership.
