Great stepping stone for employees in medical school (nursing school, etc). Coworkers are fun and knowledgeable. If you want to pick up shifts, there's incentive pay and different shifts to choose from. Very flexible. If you want a fast paced work environment, this is the place to be. Adrenaline is very high here!
Cons
Can be overwhelming in some days. Some days we're short staff and you could be in charge with 20 patients (2 areas combined). But nothing you can't handle, help is always available. It can just be overwhelming sometimes.
