Thank you for the review. We continue to develop action plans from a hiring perspective to ensure that understaffing is not prevalent in the units. We have had exponential growth in the organization due to major changes in processes related to hiring FTE, and have reduced the need for outside Traveler needs as we are filling the roles that were backfilled by temporary workers.
