Thanks for providing your thoughtful feedback here on Glassdoor. The title of your post is highly accurate, and the best part is that we're paying you for this "higher sales education" achievement. We're very proud of the culture at memoryBlue and it's exciting to hear how much you like that aspect, too. Individuals that get their start with our company build lifelong peer networks, lasting friendships and rock solid sales skills. We've posted at length in other areas on Glassdoor about the varied and multi-faceted nature of the training we offer, so readers can go through this page for our response to that particular con listed here. But it should suffice to say training comes in a great many shapes and methods here at memoryBlue - some is certainly "on the job" but a great deal more is also done through other methods (routine all-hands training sessions, call review sessions, manager 1x1s and much more). We'll consider the advice you've provided above and review those areas to see if there's opportunity for future improvements. Thanks for the honest insight and overall response!
