Pros

Constant training not only about technology and the field, but also for personal career improvement and how to move within this industry. The company culture is unbeatable constant work events and team bonding activities such as happy hours and travel outings. You get to learn about a really large variety of companies since they outsource for many different verticals allowing you to understand many different markets from working only one job. Quick path to promotion/elevation as well with many of your coworkers consistently being hired to work for their clients. Great bonus structure allowing you to make as much money as you can work for. The co-founders of the company repeatedly make rounds to every office and get to know all the employees and even couch them!

Cons

Really young very close knit group of people if you find yourself as an outsider I imagine it could be isolating. Always the chance that you could be on a campaign that you aren't super inspired by.

Pros

- Good Sales Training - Good Company Culture, Everyone wants to learn and help - Good Managers will be able to provide great coaching to help further grow your skills

Cons

- Your success is highly dependent on what client they give you. If they give you a hard client, do not expect to see those bonuses come in frequently. - Managers are also another luck of the draw. Started off with a great manager, who'd always be willing to help and coach. But then transitioned to another manager who was about my age, not very competent at coaching or advice since he had only been on an easy client for 6 months before being promoted, and would micromanage the team very hard. If you get a bad manager + a hard client, you will not have a good time at memoryBlue since they are already expecting you to work hard. - Pay and the bonuses are very low. Whether or not you'll see a raise is dependent on what client you get whether since it's based on hitting quota an X amount of times.
