MemoryBlue is by far one of the best places I he worked! I transitioned from the service industry where I worked for far to long and everyone from upper management to my Dm welcomed me with open arms. Memoryblue has one of the best training programs I have ever be apart of and all my sales success has been because of it. If you are new to sales or looking to start a sales Career I would highly recommend Memoryblue. Outside of the training program, the mentor ship program is top notch as well, you are paired with another sdr who is crushing it and can teach you what they know. The company culture is fantastic as well, From happy hours to the tops trip twice a year and the individual teams doing something all the time it was hard to leave such a great company!
Cons
Sales isn’t for everyone, but those people who take the training seriously will be able to spring board their career, compared to the 2-4 years they would take to get the same experience.
