Pros
memoryBlue is like anything else in life; you get out what you put in. The management team isn't there to coddle you and let you know everyday what you should be doing. As a new hire I was given the keys to an account and active instruction from both a mentor and management on what best practices were. memoryBlue expects you to be pro active and engaged in the space/technology you are covering, if you chose not to do so, you will likely fail. Training and open interactions with management, staff, mentors and clients allowed me to hone my game and escalate quickly. Point blank; memoryBlue put me in the position to make a lot of money. -Training; it's up to you to internalize it. -Repetition; might sound boring, how else do you expect to get good at something though. -Resources; list building tools, structure, knowledgeable management, client interaction and plenty of opportunities to push yourself to improve -Room for growth; not just with a client, also with memoryBlue internally The job is what it is, a foot in the door. The job won't be entertaining everyday and you're going to hear the word NO, a lot. That is the nature of the beast though.
Cons
-Training can get repetitive, though it was still very useful
