If you want to be overworked and underpaid, come here. Management has no idea how to structure their employees compensation. You can make twice as much at any other company for the same amount of work. Also, management is trying to start this recruitment firm inside their main business. They are using their SDR’s work to pay their recruiters, and are losing money on the recruitment side monthly. We had many discussions about how their CFO was riding them because we were not profitable, despite making many placements. The structure is horrific. If you are an SDR, do not take the bait for the recruitment team. Go take your career somewhere else.
