Pros

3k paid vacation at 1 year mark with company and great training for someone with no sales experience straight out of college.

Cons

They say you are only required to make a certain amount of dials but then you are told that you have to go above because the company needs their numbers up. They promise to promote within but are now hiring from the outside, if you leave before 15 months, you have to pay back the sign on bonus and the 3k if you took your 1 year vacation. You are expected to perform above and beyond after being handed a campaign that no one has been successful on, just to name a few.

Low pay, success is very dependent on what client you get. Client gets assigned to you and you have no say in the matter.
