Pros

The people at memoryBlue are great and they will pay for you to go on vacation.

Cons

memoryBlue hates when employees blame their success or failure on their campaign, but it's 100% true. There are some campaigns where you can get a booked meeting without even discussing the product on the phones and there are other campaigns that are almost impossible to book. For most difficult campaigns, the quota is nearly unobtainable. I have also seen many great SDRs go on performance improvement plans for being slightly below quota. Turnover is high.

Low pay, success is very dependent on what client you get. Client gets assigned to you and you have no say in the matter.
