Pros

Great people, great training, good foundation for a career in tech sales. Would recommend for new grads or people in sales wanting to break into SaaS. Unique business model that involves employees having the potential to get hired out by their client. Additionally, you can earn Friday’s off if you’re a top performer.

Cons

Low pay, benefits take either 3 months or a year to kick in, and you’re assigned to a random client that can make or break your success (KPIs/quotas remain the same across clients for the most part). Very phone heavy compared to the industry norm. Lastly, internal politics are a huge mess.

Pros

Good development for those looking to kickstart their tech sales career

Cons

Low pay, success is very dependent on what client you get. Client gets assigned to you and you have no say in the matter.
