Pros

Good push start into sales since they're super hard on you anything after that is a piece of cake. Presidents trips were fun. Made lifelong friends here (maybe it was the trauma bonding). Culture is pretty good.

Cons

Pay is low and it's all or nothing so if you don't hit quota you don't get anything (at least this is how it was in 2023). The whole experience is dependent on your client and your manager- I had a good client but manager who was younger than us but extremely controlling, scary and hard on us.

Cons

Low pay, success is very dependent on what client you get. Client gets assigned to you and you have no say in the matter.
