We’re really glad to hear you’ve experienced our strong team culture, that’s something we take a lot of pride in. That said, we're genuinely sorry to hear that some other key areas of your experience didn’t meet expectations.
We work hard to support all employees, regardless of the client they're placed with, and it’s disappointing to hear that didn’t come through in your case. While performance is naturally important in a sales environment, our intention is always to support, develop, and coach people — not simply replace them.
Our managers consistently score very well in our internal employee experience surveys, so it’s concerning to hear this disconnect.
