Pros
Every other weekend off, open 1-2 days a week and get off early, easy work, otherwise nothing good at this place.
Cons
You have to learn hundreds of policies and procedures, half of which are not even followed. If you are a college graduate look elsewhere. Getting paid to sweep floors with a bachelors degree is not what I planned. ZERO work-life balance. When you work the weekends a typical schedule would be 10am-10pm Friday, 10-10pm Saturday, 8-8pm Sunday.
