Lots of opportunity to work in most fields for above average pay (marketing, merchandising, accounting, advertising, operations, CAD, store design, IT, etc) if you are willing to live in Eau Claire, and if you want to manage your own store you can work into that within 5 years with a college degree. Manager Trainee program available for college grads, and if you can pass the tests you can be in management in 3 months. You can make management with a high school degree if willing to work for it. Pay is well above average for most positions, from corporate level to store level. Benfits include health, dental, 401k. Profit sharing is great after a few years (it goes up to 15% of your gross after 7 years). Management bonuses. Team atmosphere. Lots of variety in every position. Cons
Long hours- in stores you get every other weekend off, but your weekends on are 12+ hour days Saturday and Sunday. General Office employees typically work 50+ hours a week. Pay is hourly in all positions.
