      Instant Profit Sharing, flexible scheduling, In home training, extra pay working on weekends, managers know their department and depending on said manager are willing to teach you whatever you need to perform well at your job.

      Cons

      Social life is limited, tardiness/absence point system is very strict, high turnover from all positions.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
