Overall needed experience to understand the terrors of serving the public, but good to be gone - Head Cashier Menards Employee Review

There's not enough room here to list all the things wrong with this company. Total lack of professionalism from management, sexual harassment left and right, poor pay, very poor vacation policy for full time employees, very inflexible at the corporate level from HR in terms of scheduling as well as understanding of conditions. Serving the public is the worst, especially with the return policies in place at Menards preventing returns of certain items despite customers having legitmate claims.
