      Pros

      Team members are amazing. Menards knows how to find great employees / people. Profit sharing is a big plus..... its too bad that it takes a while to make it worth staying around.

      Cons

      There does not seem to be one set of policies. It seems that depending on the store you work at (or the general manager at the time), you could be working for a different set of policies. The hours expected do not make it easy to have a family / life outside of work. You can not have children and participate in there lives as much as needed when you are management.

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
