Pros

Ok Pay and Training...Managers paid by the hour and must work overtime

Cons

Weird hours 3, 12+ hour shifts then open the store on forth day before you get a day off....Every other weekend off is the only time you get two days off in a row...Every manager works the same shift as ordered by the corporate head quarters....Must relocate to advance in the company and no reinbursment for moving....Great job if you are single and don't mind staying single.....Not many talented managers because they promote most of the stock people to management....More about how many years you have in the company than how you produce....If you do a great job, higher levels of management want to keep you where you are at.....Did I mention you stock product most of the shift....Annual training meetings in WI are about 24 hours including 2 plane rides....feel like a run of cattle...

Pros

40+ Hours per week of work guaranteed.

Cons

A toxic work environment can lead to termination without warning. Senior management prioritizes their interests and the company’s well-being, often disregarding employees’ rights and legal obligations. HR’s role is to protect senior management and the company, potentially at the expense of employees’ rights. Senior management continually chooses to a blind eye to wrong doing of favored employees, while knowingly prioritizing punishment of lower employees using fabricated policies that aren’t actually within store policy and procedures. Lack of accountability, lack of transparency, and lack of integrity run rampant with in the store and company. Unethical hiring practices, and weaponized incompetence to justify the out right gaslighting of your financial income and incentives. Pay deductions common place.
