Pros

Detail training, hands on experience, and working with some alright people, due to high turnover rates positions/promotions are always opening up ( don't know if that's a pro or con)

Cons

starting pay for a manger trainee with a college degree - 11 dollars an hour. Managers are totally taken advantage of by the company - most manager work close to 3,000 hours a year and makes less then $50,000. No work/life balance - your life is Menards!

Pros

A few of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
