Pros

Pay is good, especially with extra weekend pay Staff members are nice and try to help you out

Cons

Management Just below 40hrs a week -avoiding any extra pay- Mandatory eight hour shifts (without being told upon hire that they were mandatory eight hour shifts) Non flexible schedule after it’s made Made to feel guilty for needing a schedule change or needing to leave early or needing to change your availability Won’t let you leave if you feel sick Point system for being a whole second clocking in late Not fully explaining rules when hired causing you to gain points and get in trouble without understanding why and having other employees explain to you what the rules actually are. If you are a woman you will 100% be sexually harassed by random customers working here; I’d says a solid 8/10 customers do it to me per 8 hour shift... so basically a lot of people.

Pros

40+ Hours per week of work guaranteed.

Cons

A toxic work environment can lead to termination without warning. Senior management prioritizes their interests and the company’s well-being, often disregarding employees’ rights and legal obligations. HR’s role is to protect senior management and the company, potentially at the expense of employees’ rights. Senior management continually chooses to a blind eye to wrong doing of favored employees, while knowingly prioritizing punishment of lower employees using fabricated policies that aren’t actually within store policy and procedures. Lack of accountability, lack of transparency, and lack of integrity run rampant with in the store and company. Unethical hiring practices, and weaponized incompetence to justify the out right gaslighting of your financial income and incentives. Pay deductions common place.
