Pros
They offer a higher hourly rate for part-timers than most places in the area that I live. I have heard that it is much the same in every area that they have a location.
Cons
The way that they offer employee discounts could use some work. You can get the 10% discount on items up to the amount that you have earned but not been paid for yet. This makes it hard for part-timers to effectively use their discount on larger items.
