Pros
Overtime welcome, you learn how management should not treat employees. Bonuses are ok.
Cons
Awful work environment and terrible pay. The people that should be granted advancement don't get promoted. A lot of managers that don't know what is going on. You have to pay for your own clothes and the clock in system is terrible.
