Pros
It has good advancement opportunities if you are willing to relocated anywhere you want. Also, the profit sharing is pretty good add on.
Cons
You have to work every other weekend guaranteed. The more you advance the more hours you are required to put in. 44 hrs ast. dpt mgr., 48 hrs dpt mgr, and 55 hrs a week for general managers. Also corporate isnt very loyal to its general managers who don't meet "sales expectations". They are constantly demoted every you look from a GM down to a DM. Then to advance again they have to be willing to relocate again. Not a lot of trust.
