Excellent staff/management, a nice facility, and great student/family culture.

The walls in the practice rooms are a bit thin, but most of the time this poses no distraction to lessons.

Everyone is very nice and it was fun to help students and others to discover new instruments and music.

It's still a customer service job so you get the occasional bad customer.
